Edouard Pérard is the Head of the Water Division at the European Investment Bank.
The division is responsible for the economic, financial and technical due diligence of EUR 5bn of EIB lending per year in the water sector and for overseeing a portfolio of 180 ongoing operations globally representing EUR 66bn of water investment.
Before joining the Water division, Edouard held several positions at EIB as Head of Urban Development, senior strategy advisor and senior economist.
Prior to joining the EIB in 2013, Edouard worked for the World Bank in Washington DC and the OECD in Paris.
Edouard studied at Paris Dauphine University, Yale University and Sciences Po Paris from which he graduated with a Doctorate in Economics.
