PL: Dr Olaf Horbańczuk – Dyrektor Polskiego Stowarzyszenia Zrównoważonego Rolnictwa i Żywności, ekspert z wieloletnim doświadczeniem w obszarze rolnictwa zrównoważonego. W przeszłości pełnił funkcję doradcy ds. polityki rolnej i rolnictwa w Ambasadzie Królestwa Niderlandów na Polskę, Czechy oraz Słowację. Technolog żywności z podwójnym doktoratem (SGGW w Warszawie oraz Uniwersytet Gandawski). Wykładowca akademicki, autor publikacji branżowych oraz ekspert European Research Executive Agency Komisji Europejskiej.
